Currently very fashionable, Vodka is a neutral spirit distilled from a base of grain or molasses. Almost always distilled in a continuous still and filtered through activated charcoal, vodka is particularly pure and flavourless. Flavoured vodkas are a different thing and you may like to keep our genuine Polish examples in your freezer.
